Sunfox Technologies, founded in 2016 by Rajat Jain, Arpit Jain, Saurabh Badola, Nitin Chandola, and Sabit Rawat, had previously raised Rs 5 crore from USAID through SAMRIDH Health and LetsVenture. With the latest round of funding, the startup’s total capital raised has now reached Rs 20 crore.

Innovation in Healthcare

Sunfox Technologies is at the forefront of developing advanced healthcare solutions. The startup’s flagship product, Spandan, is a portable ECG device that connects to smartphones, providing clinically accurate 12-lead ECG readings. This innovative device enables users to detect heart conditions and monitor their cardiac health in real-time, significantly aiding early detection and management of heart diseases.

According to Sunfox, Spandan is currently utilized by over 30,000 individuals across 20 countries, playing a crucial role in saving more than 10,000 lives by facilitating early detection of cardiac issues.

The startup’s expansion strategy includes increasing its presence in both domestic and international markets, aiming to make Spandan a standard tool in homes and clinics worldwide.

In addition to the recent funding, Sunfox Technologies received Rs 1 crore from Shark Tank India judges, including Peyush Bansal, Namita Thapar, Anupam Mittal, Vineeta Singh, and Ghazal Alagh. The support from the show has significantly bolstered the startup’s visibility and credibility in the healthtech sector.
