In a world where the lines between disciplines often divide rather than unite, Atelier NOUA emerges as a powerful example of what collaboration truly means.

Born from the strategic merger of two legacy firms: Studio Untitled, led by Nikhilesh Garud and Utkarsha Mahajan, and Space Unfold, founded by Ar. Ojas Kulkarni and Ar. Akanksha Mishra, Atelier NOUA is not just a design studio. It is a movement that blends architecture, interior design, and social responsibility under one visionary umbrella.

A Multidisciplinary Practice for a Multifaceted World

With a combined legacy of 25 years, Atelier NOUA operates as a multidisciplinary architecture and design company that delivers solutions across a diverse landscape. These include urban design masterplans, private villas, residential apartments, commercial high-rises, boutique interiors, and sprawling corporate campuses.

Their strength lies in harmonizing strategy with creativity, and structure with soul. They offer clients a unified design process that is faster, cost-efficient, and emotionally intelligent.

“We don’t just build spaces. We build experiences, ones that respond to real people with real, evolving needs,” shares the NOUA founding team.

Designing with a Heart: The NIRMAAM Initiative

Beyond the blueprints and floor plans lies the soul of NOUA. This initiative is quietly changing lives.

NIRMAAM is Atelier NOUA’s heartfelt promise to society.

For every project they complete, they adopt one underprivileged child from the same city or region and fully sponsor their basic education till Standard 10.

This is not a symbolic charity. It is a structured, consistent action. From remote villages in Maharashtra to tribal belts of Madhya Pradesh and rural settlements in Gujarat, NIRMAAM reaches places where opportunities are scarce and often overlooked by mainstream systems.

The process includes:

Identifying deserving children through verified grassroots NGOs and local networks

Funding their academic needs: school fees, uniforms, books, and mid-day meals

Mentoring and tracking their progress through local support systems

“We believe every space should leave behind a legacy. A school bag, a future, a spark of hope, that’s our blueprint for real change,” the founders explain.

A New Model for the Real Estate and Design Industry

Atelier NOUA offers more than just design. They offer a new model for the real estate and AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) ecosystem.

With both architects and interior designers working in cohesion, clients experience:

Seamless coordination

Single-point accountability

Reduced timelines and project delays

Consistent creative vision across every touchpoint

This end-to-end structure not only streamlines execution, but also empowers clients with greater clarity and control, all while fostering trust.

Beyond Walls, Into Lives

In a time when industries are driven by speed and scale, NOUA is choosing intention and integrity. Through design, they are redefining what it means to be a creator. And through NIRMAAM, they are reminding us that every structure has the power to shape a story, not just in cement and steel, but in human lives.
