American private value (PE) firm Warburg Pincus on Monday said its partner Green Fin Investments BV has procured a lion’s share stake in Parksons Packaging Ltd, it said in an explanation.

As a feature of the exchange, existing PE financial backers Kedaara Capital AIF 1 and Olza Holdings Ltd and IIFL have completely left their interest in Parksons and the advertiser Kejriwal family has sold a fractional stake, Warburg said. Relatives Ramesh Kejriwal, Siddharth Kejriwal and Chaitanya Kejriwal will keep on holding their present places of administrator, overseeing chief and joint overseeing chief, separately, and will drive the business going ahead, it added.
