Ubiq Security, a San Diego, CA-based engineer centered security startup, brought $6.4m up in seed subsidizing.

The round was driven by Okapi Venture Capital, an early speculator in Crowdstrike, with interest from TenOneTen Ventures, Cove Fund, DLA Piper Venture, Volta Global, and Alexandria Venture Investments.

The organization will utilize the assets to quicken stage advancement, designer relations, and client securing.

Driven by Wias Issa, CEO, Ubiq Security is a network protection startup that has manufactured an API-based designer stage that kills the customary complexities of encryption and key administration, permitting engineers and data security groups – even those without encryption or cryptography skill.

To coordinate information encryption straightforwardly into applications in minutes, with a couple of lines of code and two API calls. Groups can encode information across different applications and programming dialects, cloud conditions, and capacity types.

The dashboard permits engineers or individuals from their security groups to choose from demonstrated, best-practice encryption models and arrangements for the entirety of their applications in a focal area, gives key administration and FIPS 140-2 Level 3 consistent key stockpiling, and a total log of key access and action.
