Meet Refold AI: The startup that wants to blow up the $350 billion enterprise integration industry with smart AI agents.

In a game-changing seed round, Refold AI, a Bengaluru- and San Mateo-based enterprise AI startup, has raised $6.5 million, with funding co-led by Eniac Ventures and Tidal Ventures.

But this isn’t just another AI buzz story.
Refold AI is tackling one of the biggest pain points in enterprise tech — clunky, expensive, and outdated API integrations — and replacing them with fully automated AI-driven agents.

The Mission: Kill Middleware, Manual Coding & Outdated IT Consultants

Co-founded in 2023 by Jugal Anchalia and Abhishek Kumar — the duo behind healthtech venture JustDoc (acquired by Netmeds) — Refold AI is building something bold:
A platform where AI agents autonomously write, manage, and adapt integration code across massive enterprise systems.

“We want to end the cycle of slow, costly, manual API integration work — forever,” say the founders.

Their pitch is simple:
No more writing and rewriting code for ERP-CRM syncs, finance ops, and data pipelines. Let AI handle it.

Where the $6.5M Will Go

Refold AI plans to:

  • Expand its engineering team
  • Enhance product integrations
  • Scale operations for growing enterprise demand

And the demand is real — enterprises spend $350 billion annually on manual integrations and consulting. Refold wants to slash that spend while speeding up deployment and reducing human error.

What Makes Refold Different?

Traditional middleware platforms are static and require constant human intervention. Refold’s AI agents:

  • Learn system behavior
  • Write and maintain integration code automatically
  • Adapt to system and API changes in real-time

That means faster rollouts, fewer bugs, and far less developer grunt work.

The Bigger Play?

Refold AI could become the backbone of modern enterprise architecture — replacing legacy integration stacks with self-learning, self-healing AI systems.
