Wealthtech startup Infinyte.Club has successfully raised $3.6 million (INR 30.2 crore) in its seed funding round, spearheaded by Elevation Capital. The funding round also featured investments from a prominent group of angel investors, including Kunal Shah, founder of CRED; Vidit Aatrey, cofounder of Meesho; Gaurav Munjal, CEO of Unacademy; Sanket Shah, CEO of InVideo; Varun Dua, founder of ACKO; and Harshil Mathur, cofounder of Razorpay.

Founded in 2023 by Ankita Tandon and Joylita Saldanha, Infinyte.Club is based in Bengaluru and focuses on wealth management for tech and startup employees. The newly acquired funds will be used to enhance the company’s technology infrastructure and expand its team.

Infinyte.Club has launched its beta version, offering features designed to track assets, manage equity portfolios, and unlock the value of stock options. The platform aims to address the liquidity challenges associated with employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) and provides access to private investment opportunities. During its private beta phase, Infinyte.Club has facilitated over 40 primary and secondary deals and currently tracks more than $150 million in ESOPs.

The startup’s mission is to democratize access to private market equity and assets, which have traditionally been reserved for a select few. By offering liquidity solutions for ESOP holders and a portfolio of private company stocks, Infinyte.Club seeks to empower investors and support the wealth ambitions of the most talented individuals in the tech sector.

Co-founders Tandon and Saldanha emphasized their commitment to developing a product that evolves with their members, stating, “Our goal is to provide tools that match the creativity and acumen of India’s brightest minds, ensuring they can fully realize the value of their contributions to the tech landscape.”
