Thrasio-style startup Evenflow has acquired games and wellness brand Xtrim.
With this, Evenflow has made its third acquisition in a month. Already it acquired baby brand BabyPro and Rusabl, an online brand in the daily sustainable category.
Evenflow aims to create a solid and affordable local brand for Indian consumers as well as something that appeals to the international audience with Xtrim’s acquisition, said the company in a public statement.
Established by previous Uber executive Utsav Agarwal in 2021, Evenflow aggregates third-party dealers on web based business platforms like Flipkart and Amazon. It acquires online marketplace dealers in a range of $200k-$1.5 million for every brand.
The Chennai-based Xtrim sells sports, wellness, and outside accessories such as exercise center gloves, joint wraps, belts, amongst others. Xtrim also has a manufacturing unit, which isn’t a part of the acquisition deal.
