Tamasha has raised $3 million in its pre-Series A round drove by Chiratae Ventures

Tamasha, a social gaming app, has raised $3 million in its pre-Series A round drove by Chiratae Ventures.

9Unicorns, Good Capital, Founderbank Capital, FirstCheque, PointOne Capital, Ice.vc, Nitish Mittersain, Siddharth , Navkiran Singh, Harsh Shah and Ramakant Sharma have also participated.

According to Tamasha, the new capital will be utilized to ramp up item advancement, expand game offerings, scale the creator biological system, and fortify the team with great talent.

Established by Saurabh Gupta and Siddharth Swarnkar, Tamasha is building the gaming metaverse, where creators can engage networks through live social games and instantly adapt their engagement.

The startup claims that it has grown 30-folds in the last a half year, with more than 2,000,000 gameplays on the platform.

Earlier in November 2020, Tamasha had raised a seed funding of Rs 2.5 crore from 9Unicorns, Titan Capital (Led by Snapdeal organizers Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal, First Check and Point One Capital along with different angels.
