Smartstaff, a regular labor force management startup, has raised $4.3 Mn in a new round drove by Blume Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners and Arkam Ventures. Gemba Capital along for certain undisclosed angels have also participated.
The funding continues will be utilized for further enhancing its item and team building, said Smartstaff in a press release.
Started by Arpit Dave, Viral Chhajer, Gnanesh Chilukuri and Aravind Reddy, Smartstaff gives versatile based labor force management and staffing answers for blue-collars. It claims to help the manufacturing industry upgrade from legacy measures, and lessens attrition and absenteeism while improving their laborers’ perceivability into payouts, statutory commitments and their timesheets.
Currently, the Bengaluru-based startup claims that it tracks more than 30,000-man long stretches of work on its platform with customers like Raymonds, Enamor, Dixcy and several others. The company aims to have more than 10,000 specialists on its platform before the year’s over.
Last month, professional networking platform for blue and gray collars Apna had gathered up $100 million in its Series C round drove by existing investor Tiger Global Management at a valuation of $1.1 billion.
