Convin, an innovative AI-powered conversation intelligence platform, has successfully raised $6.5 million in its latest funding round, spearheaded by India Quotient. This investment is set to propel the Bengaluru-based company’s growth, enabling it to bolster its core team and expand its distribution channels.

The funding round also welcomed new investor JSW Ventures, alongside existing backers Kalaari Capital, Titan Capital Winners Fund, Sparrow Capital, and 9Unicorns. The capital infusion is expected to support Convin’s ambitions to enhance its operational predictability and establish a stronger senior leadership team.

Ashish Santhalia, CEO of Convin, highlighted the company’s strategic goals, stating, “We aim to further improve predictability across departments such as sales, growth, account management, and product development. Additionally, building a robust senior leadership team is a critical component of our expansion plan.”

Founded in 2021 by IIT Delhi alumni Ashish Santhalia and Bharat Patidar, Convin has rapidly positioned itself as a key player in the AI-driven sales intelligence sector. The platform’s focus on enhancing customer-facing teams through advanced AI solutions has garnered strong market traction.

Sachin Tagra, managing partner at JSW Ventures, expressed confidence in Convin’s future, noting, “Convin has demonstrated impressive growth with its AI-driven products tailored for customer-facing teams. This investment will enable the company to reach new heights in product development, technology, and sales, paving the way for significant opportunities in the AI-driven contact center market.”

The investment will aid Convin in accelerating its product development and expanding its technological capabilities, further solidifying its position in the competitive AI landscape.
