Through this collaboration, select employees from HCLTech’s TechBee program can now pursue a four-year online Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (AI) while continuing their professional journey. The initiative blends academic learning with real-world industry experience, creating a dual-track path for growth in the competitive tech landscape.
HCLTech’s TechBee program is an early-career training and employment initiative targeted at high school graduates. The program offers training in IT and software development, followed by full-time employment at HCLTech.
