Gallabox was founded in 2021 by Karthik Jagannathan, Yogesh Narayanan, and Yathin Panchanathan, and the platform was designed to help SMBs automate their customer conversations. With over 10,000 businesses across 45 countries already using the platform, Gallabox is solving a critical pain point for businesses struggling to handle customer communication manually.
