The initial public offering (IPO) of Unicommerce eSolutions is set to open for bidding today, August 6, and will remain available until Thursday, August 8. The SaaS company, which specializes in managing e-commerce operations, is offering shares in a price range of Rs 102-108 per share. Investors can subscribe for a minimum of 138 equity shares and in multiples thereafter.

IPO Details and Offer Structure

The IPO of Unicommerce eSolutions is a Rs 276.57-crore offer-for-sale (OFS), with up to 2,56,08,512 equity shares being sold by its promoter entity, AceVector (formerly Snapdeal), and investor SB Investment Holdings. Notably, the company will not receive any proceeds from this IPO.

Anchor Investor Participation

Prior to the public offering, Unicommerce eSolutions successfully raised Rs 124.5 crore from 11 anchor investors, allocating 1,15,23,831 shares at Rs 108 each. Noteworthy participants in the anchor book include Morgan Stanley, Aditya Birla Sun Life Trustee, The Prudential Assurance Company, SBI Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential, HDFC Mutual Fund, and Kotak Mahindra Trustee.

Founded in February 2012, Unicommerce eSolutions offers a range of software products designed to streamline e-commerce operations for brands, sellers, and logistics providers. Their product suite includes a warehouse and inventory management system, multi-channel order management system, omnichannel retail management system, seller management panel, post-order logistics tracking, courier allocation, and payment reconciliation system.

As of March 31, 2024, the company reported a net profit of Rs 13.08 crore, up from Rs 6.48 crore the previous year. Revenue for FY24 was Rs 109.43 crore, compared to Rs 92.97 crore in the previous fiscal year. The company processed 791.63 million order items through its Order Management System (OMS) and integrated with 131 marketplaces and web store platforms.
