Zeplun: Transforming India’s Home Services

A mission-led platform improving partner earnings and customer trust

Zeplun is redefining India’s home-services ecosystem through fair partner economics, reliable service standards, and a disciplined expansion strategy. Founded by Anika Samvedi, the platform aims to restore dignity to skilled professionals while offering dependable, high-quality home repairs to customers.

A Fast-Growing Market

India’s home-services and repair sector is large, expanding rapidly, and still underpenetrated. The total home-services market stands at ₹5,100–5,210 billion in FY 2025. The online segment, currently at ₹41–43 billion, is projected to grow at a CAGR of 18–22% and reach ₹85–88 billion by FY 2030. Home improvement and repair is estimated at USD 12.10 billion in 2024 and is expected to reach USD 17.08 billion by 2033. Broadly, the category may rise from USD 10.44 billion in 2024 to USD 28.41 billion by 2033, indicating significant opportunity.

The Industry Imbalance

The sector has long faced structural inefficiencies. Skilled technicians often earned far below the value of their work due to high commission deductions and inconsistent payouts, while customers frequently paid inflated rates for basic repairs. This imbalance—underpaid partners and overcharged households—underscored the need for a fairer, more transparent system.

Zeplun’s Approach

Zeplun addresses these challenges through a partner-first model, transparent commissions, and predictable earnings that foster long-term trust. For customers, the platform ensures reliability, punctuality, and consistent service quality. After establishing strong foundations in tier-2 and tier-3 cities, Zeplun is now preparing for metro launches in Delhi, Bangalore, and Pune in 2026 as part of its next growth phase.

The Founder’s Vision

“I realised that skilled workers were earning far below what they deserved, while customers often ended up paying more than the actual value of the service. That imbalance is what inspired Zeplun,” says Founder Anika Samvedi. Her leadership blends empathy with a tech-driven, scalable approach.

The Road Ahead

In 2025, Zeplun is focused on strengthening partner networks, enhancing service delivery, and building customer trust. Early 2026 will mark its metro expansion with a refined and scalable model. Between 2026 and 2027, Zeplun aims for rapid multi-city growth supported by sustainable unit economics.

Why Zeplun Matters

For partners, Zeplun brings dignity and fair income. For customers, it delivers transparent and dependable home repairs. For the industry, it establishes a blueprint for growth without exploitation. And for investors, it represents a high-potential brand in a sector primed for exponential expansion.

Zeplun is not just building a platform—it is reshaping how India’s homes are serviced.
