Amazon Web Services (AWS) has announced the selection of seven Indian startups for its prestigious Global Generative AI Accelerator program. Out of 80 companies chosen worldwide, these Indian innovators—Convrse, House of Models, Neural Garage, Orbo.ai, Phot.ai, Unscript AI, and Zocket—stand out as leading players in the generative AI space. This notable inclusion underscores India’s burgeoning influence in the global AI landscape.
The selection of these seven startups not only highlights their innovative prowess but also marks India as a prominent player in the generative AI domain. This achievement reflects the country’s growing technological capabilities and its increasing role in shaping the future of AI. Notably, India has the highest number of selected startups from any Asia-Pacific country, further cementing its position as a leader in AI innovation.
As part of the Global Generative AI Accelerator program, the selected startups will benefit from extensive support to fuel their growth. AWS will provide up to $1 million in credits, enabling these startups to develop, train, test, and deploy their generative AI solutions. This financial backing includes access to advanced AWS tools such as Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock, which are crucial for building robust AI models.
In addition to these credits, the startups will have access to AWS’s comprehensive suite of services, including compute, storage, database technologies, and specialized AI chips like AWS Trainium and AWS Inferentia2. This support is designed to help the startups scale their AI solutions globally, leveraging AWS’s infrastructure and expertise.
The accelerator program also includes mentorship from business and technical experts who will provide tailored guidance based on the startups’ specific needs. This mentorship aims to refine their strategies and accelerate their development.

1. Convrse Founded in 2021, Convrse specializes in optimizing complex 3D objects and scenes for real-time applications. The company serves industries such as gaming, architecture, and healthcare, providing solutions to make 3D mesh models web-ready.
2. House of Models Based in Bengaluru, House of Models uses large language models (LLMs) to generate digital content, including images, videos, and product descriptions. The startup aims to streamline content creation for businesses, enhancing efficiency and creativity.
3. Neural Garage Neural Garage offers a unique AI solution for lip-syncing actors with dubbed audio, ensuring high-quality content creation for film, streaming, and advertising. The technology enables seamless integration of audio and visual elements without compromising cinematic quality.
4. Orbo.ai Founded in 2019 in Mumbai, Orbo.ai provides hyper-personalized beauty and personal care recommendations by analyzing facial attributes and skin tones. The startup leverages generative AI to deliver tailored product suggestions.
5. Phot.ai Established in 2022, Phot.ai focuses on simplifying photo editing and graphic design for e-commerce sellers. Its AI-powered platform aims to enhance workflow efficiency, making it easier for sellers to manage their visual content.
6. Unscript AI Unscript AI is a SaaS marketing tool that enables the creation of studio-quality videos using real or virtual actors. By eliminating the need for costly physical production, it allows businesses to craft personalized customer experiences more affordably.
7. Zocket Zocket specializes in digital advertising through generative AI, offering tools for ad creation, targeting, and analytics. Its solutions aim to make digital advertising more accessible and effective for businesses of all sizes.
In addition to technical and financial support, the selected startups will have the opportunity to showcase their solutions on a global stage at AWS’s annual reevent in Las Vegas. This exposure is expected to accelerate their international growth and facilitate connections with potential investors and collaborators.
