SaaS company CometChat has raised $10 million in a Series A round drove by Signal Peak Ventures, including participation from existing investors Matchstick Ventures, Range Ventures, Unbound VC among others. Already, CometChat had raised $1.6 million in a Pre-Series A round.

The funding will be used in worker development, accelerating go-to-market strategies and scaling platform infrastructure and features.

Launched in 2010 by Anuj and Anant Garg, ComeChat is a communications platform for ventures which furnishes them with attachment and play text, chat, video and voice communications answers for be integrated in their sites and apps.

The software gives client to client engagement to a growing client base via strong offering of chat APIs, SDKs, and Open Sourced UI Kits and Widgets.
