Amazon thought about Future arrangement since June: Reliance Retail to HC 

Mukesh Ambani-possessed Reliance Retail, in its entries to the Delhi High Court, has said that Amazon knew about the arrangement since June 2020. BusinessLine had revealed before that between March 12 and 15, 2020, Amazon was advised by Future that the banks had given notification of occasions of default, requiring the Biyanis to either hamper more advertiser protections or to reimburse the credits because of them.

Dependence said that Amazon is being a “canine in the trough” by looking for impedance from the legal experts trying to slow down the exchange.
